REGISTRATION GUIDELINES National Newbie English Debate Competition UNY 2012

1. We provide only 40 caps.

2. Each institution may send 3 teams, the first two teams will be on the main list, and the rest will be on the waiting   list.

3. Participants are welcomed to download  the registration form.

4. After completing the registration form, please send it to NNDC UNY emailnndcuny2012@gmail.com (Your  team is     officially registered when you have sent the registration form to this email)

5. If you have submitted the form but the required data is incomplete, you will not be considered as the participant of National Newbie Debate Competition UNY 2012. Therefore, make sure you fill ALL the data on the form.

6. On 15 April 2012 we will announce our main list teams followed by our Bank account number where you have to pay the fee. Download here

7. When your team has been announced as the main list teams, give your payment from 16– 19April 2012 and as soon as possible send your scanned proof of payment to nndcuny2012@gmail.com

8. If there are some caps left (from the main list), on 21^th of April 2012 we will announce our waiting lists that will replace the empty spots.

9. We provide time from 21 – 23 April 2012 for our waiting list teams to pay the fee.

10. Waiting lists are required to submit scanned proof of payment and registration’s form to nndcuny2012@gmail.com no later than 23April 2012.

11. After you have submitted the scanned proof of payment and registration form, please kindly confirm us by sending a short message to Bobby, 081914151132 (for confirmation only).

12. The registration fee is Rp 400.000,- each team (lodging not including).

13. April 25^th 2012 is the Announcement of Fixed Team National Newbie Debate Competition UNY 2012.
